Frequently Asked Questions

The app isn't saving my progress. All data is stored locally on your device. Make sure you're not clearing app data or uninstalling the app, as this will delete your training history.

I'm not receiving reminders. Check that notifications are enabled for Petosan in your phone's Settings app. Also make sure Do Not Disturb is not blocking alerts.

How do I add another dog? Go to the Dog tab and tap the profile icon to create a new dog profile.

Can I use the app without internet? Yes, Petosan works completely offline. No account or internet connection is required.
